On September 7 of 2015, DAY 6 made their debut, when they released their mini album “The Day” with the title track “Congratulations.”
On September 7, the band celebrated their fifth debut anniversary with their fans called My Day.
Member Jae retweeted on their DAY6’s official Twitter account tweeted to celebrate the anniversary. Member Young K posted on Instagram caption, “Happy Birthday Day6.”
The five members of DAY6 all held live broadcasts on Naver’s V Live in a relay to celebrate their big day. They talked with fans and even all had small cakes for the special moment.
Member Dowoon shared screenshots from the broadcasts on his Instagram stated, “Happy fifth anniversary to DAY6. My Day. And my beloved five members of DAY6. I feel so blessed because of our relationship, which becomes closer as time goes on. I say this all the time but I think nothing will change in the future either and I’ll try to remain unchanged. We’ll keep having fun making music and give you strength. Please make my beloved hyungs do music healthily and happily and please make us people who can make more people happy.”
