After more than two months, Universe Ticket finally announced the official members of girl group “UNIS.”
Universe Ticket is an SBS reality show searching for eight talented girls that will be part of a new girl group. All 82 contestants from talented girls all over the world showcased different skills in every performance that were judged by so-called Unicorns, former I.O.I member now soloist Kim Se-jeong, Girl’s Generation’s Hyoyeon, vocalist Younha, La Chica’s Rian, and singer-songwriter Adora.
A week before the grand finale of Universe Ticket, the show announced the first member who was able to reach the highest level, making her the first member of the SBS new girl group.
Elisia Parmisano, 14 years old from the Philippines, became the first contestant to reach the highest level in the show, making her the first member to secure a spot in the debut line-up.
In the grand finale of the show, Universe ticket officially announced the 7 girls who will complete the debut line-up of SBS girl group’s UNIS.
The final line-up was completed by Bang Yunha (Korean), Nana (Japanese), Lim Seowon (Korean), Gehlee Dangca (Philippines), Oh Yoona (Korean), Kotoko (Japanese), and Jin Hyeonju (Korea-Philippines).
