On September 2 at 3:08p.m. KST, BLACKPINK‘s “Kill This Love” which released on April 5, 2019, “Kill This Love” officially became the group’s second music video to hit 1 billion views on YouTube.
BLACKPINK is the first and only girl group in the world to achieve this record without any features.
“Kill This Love” also marks the fifth Korean music video to achieve 1 billion views on YouTube.
Meanwhile, BLINKs are extremely happy to see BLACKPINK hit yet another milestone in their career. Within just 10 minutes, #KTL1BILLION reached #1 on Twitter’s worldwide trends list.
