It seems like the hype for VIXX’s performance last December is still on!
The boy group from Jellyfish Entertainment performed their 2017 track “Shangri-La” for MBC Gayo Daejun held on December 31. VIXX shocked the viewers for their stellar performance of the song that MBC decided to let them perform again on Music Core.
On January 3, their agency stated that VIXX will perform on the upcoming episode of “Music Core” airing on January 6 and they will be showcasing “Shangri-La” once again.
Their track “Shangri-La” was released back in May 2017 and they ended their promotions in June. But the track gained another popularity at the end of the year due to their performance on Gayo Daejun.
Their performance at the 2017 MBC Gayo Daejejun is consistently on the top spot of Naver TV’s ranking of most popular videos.The video garnered over 700,000 videos on Naver TV and Youtube views also continuously increasing with over 380,000. Also, “Shangri-La” kept on going back and forth at Melon’s Sudden Rise chart which just shows how people got interested on it.
