YG Entertainment announced that iKON’s Jinhwan, Donghyuk, Yunhyeong, Chanwoo, and Junhoe tested positive for COVID 19 along with Treasure’s Choi Hyunsuk, Junkyu, Yoshi, and Mashiho.
It was a sad day for fans when YG Entertainment revealed that some members of their active boy groups tested positive on COVID 19.
iKON members who had been recording for Korean shows lately halted all scheduled activities as they need to isolate themselves until fully recovered.
Unfortunately for Treasure who had a scheduled comeback this February had to move their schedule as YG Entertainment that they’re prioritizing their artists’ health and the safety of everyone as well in accordance to the government’s protocol in battling the virus.
It was also reported last July 2021 that Treasure’s Dohyung and Junghwan tested positive for COVID 19 and now they have fully recovered.
