Former ILUV member Shin Min Ah has revealed why high-level staff in entertainment agencies rarely praise trainees.
Former K-pop idol, Shin Min Ah, has revealed that it’s not true that high-level staff like CEO or PD usually praise trainees even if they’re really good, as she reacted to Yang Hyun Suk’s evaluation of BABYMONSTER’s Ruka.
She explained that it is because these staff members don’t want the trainees to become careless after hearing too much praise, but rather they want them to “always give their best” and work hard to improve their skills.
When they do receive praise from a CEO or PD, it means they are truly “outstanding,” like Ruka who Yang Hyun Suk praised.
