Big Hit now owns GFriend’s company label, Source Entertainment.
Gfriend is now under the roof of Big Hit.
On July 29, Big Hit announced that they are already completing a contract stating their acquisition of Source Entertainment.
Big Hit will make Source Entertainment their subsidiary company.
This news is no longer a surprise to some since BTS and GFriend were supposed to be under the same roof at the first place.
BTS and GFriend already had a collaboration back in the days.
