Blackpink is breaking records in America and around the world with their new song “Kill This Love.”
Blackpink’s “Kill This Love” officially became the most viewed Korean music video within 24 hours.
“Kill This Love” already reached more than 45 million views and more than 4,500,000 likes just 21 hours after the song’s premier.
Unfortunately, on the 22nd hour after its release, YouTube removed more than 2 million views and more than 1 million likes on “Kill This Love’s” music video.
However, “Kill This Love” still managed to become the most viewed Korean music video of all time within 24 hours.
“Kill This Love” views increased again to more than 48 million views in just an hour after YouTube decreased the video’s views.
Just 30 minutes after “Kill This Love” was released, the music video already achieved 1 million likes, making “Kill This Love” the fastest video on YouTube to reach 1,000,000 million likes.
Also, Blackpink created a legendary milestone in America as “Kill This Love” reached #1 on U.S. iTunes’ chart on all music genre.
Blackpink is the second girl group to achieve this milestone ever in history, following Beyonce’s former legendary group, Destiny’s Child.
