MOAs, it’s official — TOMORROW X TOGETHER are coming back for their 7th anniversary. BigHit Music confirmed that TXT’s eighth mini album, 7TH YEAR: A Moment of Stillness in the Thorns, will be released April 13, 2026 in South Korea (April 14 in Japan, April 17 in the U.S.).
Pre-orders kick off March 3 at 11 a.m. KST through Weverse Shop, KnPOPS, MAKESTAR, Ktown4u, Aladin, YES24 and Apple Music. The release will include multiple variants—photobooks, collectible random photocards, and compact formats.
The concept trailer leans into a repeating thorn motif with stark black-and-white cinematography, hinting at a quieter, introspective tone: the title nods both to their seventh year since debut and to a calm found amid hardship. Official track details and the title song haven’t been revealed yet.
Key context fans should know:
- TXT debuted on March 4, 2019; this release marks their seventh year together as a group.
- All five members reaffirmed their contracts with BIGHIT MUSIC in August 2025, so this is their first comeback with the full, renewed lineup after passing the typical K‑pop “seven‑year” milestone.
- TXT’s recent momentum: The Star Chapter: TOGETHER (2025) opened at No. 3 on the Billboard 200 with about 65,000 equivalent album units and they completed a 29‑city global tour that drew over 560,000 attendees. Earlier mini‑albums also charted strongly—minisode 2: Thursday’s Child debuted at No. 4 and stayed on the Billboard 200 for 14 weeks; The Name Chapter: TEMPTATION hit No. 1; and The Star Chapter: SANCTUARY launched at No. 2.
HYBE’s scheduling also places TXT’s comeback alongside activity from their senior labelmates, framing both as concurrent highlights rather than one overshadowing the other. Personally, I can’t wait to see how the thorn imagery and the promise of a “moment of stillness” come through in the music and visuals. Don’t forget to pre-order on March 3 at 11 a.m. KST — see you on April 13!
