If you have been curious what does an Inkigayo sandwich looks and tastes like (without the idols’ numbers), then no worries, we can teach you how to get a taste of it despite living thousand miles away from Korea.
Here are the ingredients that you’ll need:
Bread, Mashed Boiled Egg, Mashed Boiled Potatoes, Shredded Crab Sticks, Mayo, Mayo with a teaspoon of Condensed Milk, Chopped Cabbage, Chopped Carrots, Ketchup, and Strawberry Jam.
Cut the edges of the bread.
(First mixture) In a bowl, mix the mashed boiled egg, mashed boiled potato, shredded crab sticks, and mayo with a teaspoon of condensed milk.
(Second mixture) In a separate bowl, mix the chopped cabbage, chopped carrots, mayo, and ketchup.
Put the bread on a plate, put the first mixture on top. Make sure it is evenly spread on the bread. Then put another layer of bread on top. Then spread the strawberry jam on top of the second bread. Add the third layer of bread on top of the strawberry jam. And then spread generous amount of the second mixture on top of the third bread. Then add the last layer of bread to finish.
Then there you have it! You can now enjoy your Inkigayo sandwich.
