YG Entertainment recently announced that TREASURE has been awarded a gold disc platinum certification from the RIAJ for their first Japanese original single, “Here I Stand”.
This certification is issued to albums that have sold over 250,000 copies in Japan. The single is a lively pop rock genre that conveys a message of never giving up on one’s dreams, with a sophisticated band sound.
The song achieved 250,000 streams in merely three days since its release, and an additional 70,000 more in the next two days.
This is also the group’s first single to have reached this milestone since their Japanese debut this year.
