Xiumin and Mark’s collaboration
SM Entertainment’s digital music project, SM Station has released one of the most unexpected collaborations: EXO’s Xiumin and NCT’s Mark. While the two’s friendship is not new to the fans, it’s quite surprising to see them work together musically. Their duet song, ‘Young and Free’ was released earlier today and quickly trended on Twitter.
A unique friendship
Prior to the MV release, SM Entertainment released a two-part interview with Mark and Xiumin. The EXO’s eldest member and NCT Dream’s eldest member shared the story of their first meeting, advice Xiumin would like to give Mark, and what kind of song is ‘Young and Free’. The two also shared how the collaboration came about and funny anecdotes from the recording process.
